  Great little spot for fish and chips. We were here on Saturday, there are about 6-8 tables and they were mostly full by the time we got there. There was only one lady working the whole place – from serving, cooking to cleaning! She was very nice and service was friendly.

  I love fish and chips but am fussy and gluten free. I can't tell you how many times we have been to places with good reviews only to be totally disappointed at the (real fries) being nothing but frozen and the (fresh fish) tasting not fresh at all. At Yorky's we had halibut and chips and cod and chips. One cod and one halibut was done gluten free for me in an amazing delicious batter, not shrunk up on someones grill. The fish still had the ocean flavor, the fries were fresh cut and the oil was clean. They make their own delicious tarter sauce and coleslaw dressing. To make it even better the waitress was an absolute sweetheart and the cook was very nice and accommodating. Update as of Jan. 2018 been back four more times and unfortunately the food and service is horrible. Alot of money and travel to come here and so not worth it anymore.

  We shared the haddock and cod with unlimited chips ($18) and the fried oysters ($12). Overall, everything was very tasty. The batter was light and crispy. My only criticism is with the chips, they didn’t seem like they were freshly fried and might have been sitting under heat for a little bit. I think I confirmed my suspicions of this when I asked for more chips and she brought them out right away (it would’ve taken more time to fry if they were fresh). Other than that, great place for fish and chips!

  Was really happy to finally find a fish n' chips restaurant with gluten free. Menu has lots of options, not all gluten free but many are. Fish is fresh and tasty
