  Wait times are very long sometimes . Have been told a few times my order would be 6 min and end up waiting up to 20 . One time waited 18 min and 16 another visit for a apple turnover thing after they said it would be 4 min . Wait times don't matter on the time of day or how many customers are there expect delays if there busy or not . I wish this place would sever up orders faster then 20 +min or atleast tell you before paying it's going to be awhile and stick to the time frame a bit

  Had to take my poutine back as it was barely warm. I hate doing it but I like my food hot and fresh. They had no problem with it and brought new hot one out to our table as soon as it was ready.

  The staff were super helpful with lots of smiles. We ate in at supper time. Burgers were made, fresh decaf coffee made fresh for us and delivered to our table along with the food. Could not have been a better experience.
