  This is a place to experience the outdoors and get into nature and its beauty. As far as tech goes, I recommend leaving it behind as they only offer basic TV with no HDMI support for playing games for the kids. Food was 3/5 star. Dry and slightly overcooked or cold, yet the brunch buffet was GREAT. Would come back as a gift from a friend. Spa is something to experience and they are extremely private and professional and make you feel welcome and relaxed. Great Spa. Rooms are needing some work and getting worn, fixtures are needing updates as well as appliances, our fridge had a funny smell. View is worth it, and having the fireplaces makes the experience really cozy. Bedding is super comfy and the rooms are rustic. Overall I would say they are slightly over priced riding their name the fantastic view and their fantastic spa. If that is why you came you should be fine. Otherwise if price and the look of your room as far as wear and tear affects you, maybe consider either looking at a room first or staying somewhere else. Almost 5 star gotta do 4.

  Beautiful resort and cabin. Did not try the spa so have no judgment on that but cabin is really nice with a big flat screen. Access to a beach is a big bonus as well.

  The mattresses in the private cabin are a foot thick and need be got rid of. We went out of our way to sleep on anything else. The fold down couch was heavily worn and already flipped once. We made do by sleeping diagonally on it. The plastic floor was worn so bad that white was showing through the fake wood grain. The Grotto cold shower only had 27 of the 144 nozzles working. Otherwise it was great experience with awesome sugary food. We did endless Tapas twice. Had to go into town for massages. But that gave us ideas for staying at other places.

  This is a good location. We went in January, only one night so we could relax and use the facilities. Otherwise we would have gone to a less expensive resort or hotel. We had a good sleep due to the quiet atmosphere. Our disappointment came when we went to the pool. The jacuzzi was cold and the sauna was turned off. There was very loud obnoxious and non relaxing music playing anyway. My husband did say that the gym had good equipment. The gift shop was nice.

  I attended a wedding here. Beautiful spot! They have a large screen inside the lobby that watches the ocean tide. When the tide is out, you are able to walk out one kilometer or more in some areas. There are thousands of small crabs running along the beach so watch your toes.
