  Stupid staff. Have no idea what they are doing. Literally took them over 30 mins to try and figure out how to do one simple thing that I was assured by someone on the phone was simple. Would have been longer had I not left because I was going to be late for an appointment.

  Didn't have to sit long as at a lot of other brokers. Personnel were friendly.

  My experience here was seriously soured by an agent who clearly did not have the energy to deal with a (to be honest) slightly clueless customer. I was treated without dignity or respect. In a time when I was going through some difficult stuff, it really didn't help my well being at all.
