    We had been customers here for all our insurance needs for over 7 yrs- we have recently chosen to go with another company in Parksville because of our less than pleasant experience with Kathy V. We purchased another home and needed insurance - she made the process confusing, frustrating and unnecessarily complicated despite her over confident attitude and assertion that she had been in the business for 15 yrs. What? A most ridiculous waste of time that was confirmed by the proficient & efficient handling of our insurance by another agency.
