  The best thing about this establishment is they seem to always have what you are looking for. The reason they only get 2 stars is they are way over priced, don't offer good contractor discounts and there wood is always in rough shape.

  I have had some good and bad experiences with this store. They have a decent selection of flooring at reasonable prices, and Byron in this department is extremely helpful. My only issues here have been with the yard personnel and warehouse staff when trying to find my order. It took us almost an hour to find someone who could help locate our order in the warehouse, and then have them pick it. Just a lot of people standing around saying "I have no clue where it is, not my department etc". We then needed supplies for installing it and nobody had any idea how to help us. Just so frustrating .My advice would be to call ahead and make sure they have your order ready to go and someone is available in the appropriate department

  I've since been contacted by the manager and was offered a gift card for my troubles. Very impressed with their responsiveness to the minor issues I had, they definitely restored goodwill and I'm pleased with their customer service.
