  Unhelpful staff. Twice now I have asked for assistance in finding product. Both times I was told the item was not in stock. Upon walking around the store I eventually found my "out of stock item". I showed the employee that I had found the item and was only met with a shrug. Now today I go to look for an item again told it was not in stock. When I requested the employee look for the item I was simply told "I am busy". This was from an elderly employee. I won't bother to give a business my money if I have to do the job for them.

  Do not expect to return something from another Canadian Tire store there. Had to travel all the way back to Nanaimo where they had no problem with the return. Bad management and costumer service. This is not the only time I've had problems here.

  I recently wondered through CT looking for several items I needed around the house. The staff was awesome, very helpful.

  Just looking for fish crisp. Sporting goods guy never heard of it. There computer says they have lots of variety on isle 36. Customer service doesn't know where it is calls the idiot in sporting goods. Worst Canadian tire ever
