  Maybe complainers. Either your having a bad day or it has been a crazy day for them. Be patient! Life is to short. How would you like to be doing and dealing with what they have to every day.

  I'm not sure what's up with some of these one star ratings. I was there today as my wife took a bad spill down the stairs and everyone we dealt with from intake, to nurses, to the doctor was extremely professional with a good bedside manner. Even the security guard came up to us when we were in the waiting area and offered my wife a cold pack. We thought that was pretty thoughtful. We've only recently moved to the area and I'm really glad a facility like this exists close to home.

  Horrible customer service. The doctor I saw just to renew my prescription refused to sign my Blue Rx form and told me to “get my doctor to fill it out” after I clearly told him I didn’t have a doctor. Very unprofessional and the old lady nurse is a real crank bag.

  The physician I saw here looked at me for 30 seconds and sent me on my way with a prescription so he could continue eating yogurt at his desk. I now have a severe scabies infestation that could have been caught at an earlier stage if I had not been misdiagnosed and had the doctor done his job seriously. Please consider a career change if you value your snack time over the well being of your patient. Absolute waste of time.

  Had dealing with Manager Kerry Stewart, she was very very rude, should not be a manager with such poor people skills. Will be making a formal complaint
