  Most of the staff is really nice... however it amazes me how inaccurate their order taking is. I want a coffee and a bagel with butter - how is this hard to figure out? And why do I have to turn a quick stop for coffee into a time consuming ordeal of trying to help the staff figure out the how to wrap their heads around a two item order. And better yet, why does this happen over and over again. And why does it take so long to get your order sometimes? Very, very slow service. It's not a one time ' oops, we messed up the order'. It's so common that I'm in the habit giving myself an extra 10 minutes and watching every move they make so that I can correct their mistakes before they serve it to me. I just think that in order to work there, you should be capable of taking an order... that or let me just do it myself so that at least it's right and the butter covers the entire bagel instead of just plopping a scoop on one side and squishing it together. I like you guys, but you sure make me shake my head...

  Above and beyond! My friends and I went there to see if this location would donate cups to our staggette party... The bride to be is obsessed with her Tim Hortons and enjoying our beverages from a Tim's cup would mean the world to her. The manager agreed to donate the cups with a purchase of something...the Tim bits were great! Thank you for making our friends experience just a little more fun!!!

  The orders are wrong more often than not, the drive thru is really hit and miss with being served everything quickly (you know, the reason you go through the drive thru), and no all day breakfast (which is chain wide but still)
