    The long wait was worth it. Nicole was so helpful and got me the new Iphone I wanted and needed and set it all up.

    I was in to the store today for assistance with regard to installing one of their SIM cards so that I could unlock my phone. Neither woman in the store had a "clue" and one was a manager!!!! They just "left me" with the "frame" from their SIM card hanging out of my telephone!!!! It wouldn't come out and they did not know what to do!!! Pathetic. I went to the Source to have the problem rectified.

    The staff are terrific. When getting a new phone the lady behind the counter took extra time to educate me on everything I needed to know about my phone, the contract, contact info regarding my mobile server, and oh, so much more. I can't say how much I appreciate such wonderful customer service. Saying thank you, seems just not enough.
