  Ive been eating here for 20 yrs. In all that time Ive only had a single meal that wasnt good out of hundreds of meals. They make great burgers. The specials are usually a good value also. The only thing i dont like is the fake whip cream they serve.

  Breakfast is pretty good here everything on menus is always consistent and great service . Just very expensive compared to other breakfast joints that serve as much or more per plate.

  Sloppy service and it has the only one race is good enough for this establishment. If you are non white you get put in the back like scum! Racist!!!!!

  We called in last minute asking them to accommodate a party of possibly 20 people... Give or take. We made last minute plans at the wedding the night before and weren't sure who was going to show up. They easily put the tables together for us and had water poured for everyone.... 8 of us showed up when we were supposed to... 6 more as we were finishing and 3 more as we were leaving. Needless to say, the staff rolled with it effortlessly, which was very supportive and great service. I ordered the cinnamon swirl pancakes which were very sweet and a huge portion... my husband enjoyed his omlette and hash browns. The coffee was always hot. My kids are on the pickier side of eating as they mostly eat organic whole foods at home and very rarely do they eat processed anything... The whip cream that came on their waffles and smiley face pancakes was an oil based... So they didn't touch it. And neither of them ate anything more than a taste... Hard to beat mom's cooking. So, nothing bad against the restaurant... But perhaps a consideration for the future... Maybe look into real whip cream? Doesn't stop us from eating there when we're in town... Us adults know what we're getting... And will have to fill our picky eaters up before hand. Thanks for the wonderful service!!!

  I enjoy Smitty's. I've been going there since I was a kid. The servers are always nice. The food is hit and miss sometimes but mostly enjoyable.
