  If you are looking for an amazing RMT massage, go see Adrian at Natural Synergy! He is very knowledgable and excellent at working out aches and pains/sports related injuries of any type. His massages help me recover quicker and I always leave feeling rested and loose.The rest of the staff are friendly and helpful as well.

  Amazing experience! I was having a difficult time planning my mother's birthday, finding a spa who would accommodate four ladies at once. The staff at Natural Synergy Day Spa were fantastic, great communication via email and phone, and they helped me choose the perfect treatments. Their specials are always such a great deal and quality; their staff did a great job. From a pedicure, to RMT to facial, we were all very satisfied and will recommend this spa to anyone in the area. I will absolutely be returning the next time I'm visiting.
