    Broke down while on vacation on a Friday. Very kind and helpful with recommending rental car and advise. Said they,d try to look at it right away. Called in a timely manner to clearly explain problem and say they had to get parts but couldn't promise to have it ready for Friday evening. "Adam called at 5.35 to say that he and another tech stayed to get it put back together and test so we wouldn't have to stay over till Monday.

    Terrible customer service rude as well when I arrived no parking no customer service just some sour Ole kraut bitching long story short took my buisiness to Burts auto in qaulicum top notch service and zero disrespect. Stanford needs to remember that you work for your customers not the other way around. Furthermore I think 1 star is overly generous I'd give them a negative 5 if I could. DO NOT GIVE THESE LOSERS YOUR BUISINESS
